Fuse Sift X1
Fuse Sift X1 is a large format powder recovery station that turns post-print into a clean, hands-off workflow. An integrated powder transport system moves used powder from the Sift X1 to the Mix Kit automatically, and integrated compressed air inlet and gun that helps you recover powder from parts in seconds, replacing slow manual brushing. The sealed glovebox keeps operators and the workspace clean. A built-in parts hatch sends broken-out parts straight to a transfer bin to free up the bench. With capacity for 3 to 5 full builds of used powder, Fuse Sift X1 keeps high-volume operations moving without bottlenecking on cleanup.
Fuse Blast
Fuse Blast is an easy-to-use, fully automated cleaning and polishing solution for post-processing SLS 3D printed parts.
Fuse Blast fully cleans a whole build chamber of printed parts in as little as 15 minutes.

Quick and easy print setup, fast and reliable one-click printing, and simplified management and tracking. With PreForm, Formlabs’ print preparation software (free to download and use), it will be easy to import part files in STL or OBJ format, orient and arrange models, calculate estimated print time, monitor your printers, and upload design files.
PreForm’s part consolidation algorithms can automatically arrange numerous models within the same print job.

5 minute print job changeover
With Fuse X1 Build Unit a print job changeover is easy and done in 5 minutes. Remove one print unit and insert the next one. While the first print job cools is cooling in the insulted unit, you can start printing the next job. Fuse X1 Build Unit has wheels to easily move it from the printer to the cleaning unit.
