VisiJet M2P-CST Crystal: the main features

– Suitable for direct casting: ideal for creating patterns intended for investment casting.

– Exceptional durability: withstands handling and post-processing, eliminating the limitations of traditional wax models.
– Simplified media process: almost completely automated media removal for easier handling.
– Perfect cleanliness: material burns off completely during the casting process, leaving the model free of residue.

ProJet MJP 2500 Plus and the high resolution mode.

The ProJet MJP 2500 Plus 3D printer now offers a high-resolution XHD print mode (1600x900x1600 DPI) developed specifically for high-precision applications with VisiJet Crystal. In combination with the characteristics of the Crystal material, it enables geometries that were previously impossible to produce reliably with wax alternatives. In fact, the increased strength allows extremely thin walls to be printed and even the smallest details, down to 0.1 mm, to be preserved throughout the entire production process.

Note: Once the VisiJet M2P-CST Crystal™ material is introduced, the printer becomes exclusive to this material and cannot return to printing with other VisiJet materials.
